KALYAN is a leading non-governmental organization based in Purulia, West Bengal, dedicated to comprehensive rural development and human resource development.
Established in 1979, the organization has spent more than four decades working with rural communities to improve education, livelihoods, agriculture, healthcare, women's empowerment, and social development.Inspired by the ideals of Swami Vivekananda and guided by the Ramakrishna Mission Lokasiksha Parishad, Narendrapur, KALYAN believes that sustainable development begins with empowering people through knowledge, skills, and community participation.
