Jan Shikshan Sansthan, Purulia, is a vocational training institution working to make skill-based education accessible to young people and communities.For our upcoming training programmes, we are looking for Resource Persons across multiple vocational sectors. These programmes are aligned with courses available through the Skill India ecosystem.Selected candidates will be engaged on a contractual basis to deliver practical, skill-oriented training and help learners develop the competencies required in their respective trades.

Yoga and Exercise Training
Duration: 3½ months
Assistant Baking Technician / Cake Making

Smartphone Repair and Maintenance
Duration: 3½ months
Solar PV Installation, Repair and Maintenance
Duration: 3½ months
Training durations are based on the published vacancy notice and may be subject to programme requirements.
Current Training Opportunities
We are inviting applications from suitable candidates for the following training areas:
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Higher Secondary or equivalent qualification, preferably with relevant vocational education.
Technical Qualification:
ITI, Polytechnic, or a relevant skill-training certificate in the respective trade.
Professional Experience:
At least one year of previous experience as a trainer is preferred/required as specified in the recruitment notice.
Subject Expertise:
Strong practical knowledge and mastery of the relevant training subject.
Teaching Ability:
Ability to explain practical concepts and guide learners during hands-on training.
Candidates should possess qualifications and experience relevant to the particular training subject.

As a Resource Person, you will play an important role in helpinglearners develop practical skills, confidence and better livelihoodopportunities. You will be expected to:
- Deliver practical and learner-focused training
- Demonstrate tools, techniques and work processes
- Guide learners through hands-on activities
- Support assessments and monitor learner progress
- Maintain training records as required
- Encourage learners towards employment and self-employment
